In a chilling incident that has left many Kenyans disturbed, David Macharia, the personal assistant to Juja MP George Koimburi, was allegedly abducted in the dead of night—an event witnessed by his terrified children.
According to a report by Tuko.co.ke, Macharia was forcefully taken from his home in Juja around 1 a.m. by four masked men driving a Subaru Outback (registration KDE 497P). A video shared online captured the heartbreaking cries of his children as they watched their father being dragged away, unable to intervene.
This alarming event came just days after MP George Koimburi himself was reportedly abducted during a church service in Kiambu County. He was later found unconscious in a coffee plantation and hospitalized, with reports suggesting exposure to a harmful chemical substance.
Authorities have since arrested Cyrus Kieru Muhia in connection with Koimburi’s abduction. As investigations continue, the nation is left questioning the growing trend of mysterious abductions, especially involving political figures and their associates.
